Our Shared Agreement

Everyone attending events at The Lavender Lantern is expected to uphold this Code of Conduct.

✅ We Commit To

• Respecting names, pronouns, and identities
• Asking for consent — for touch, photos, conversations
• Listening when someone sets a boundary
• Leaving space for different needs and energies

🚫 We Do Not Tolerate

• Racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, or xenophobia
• Transphobia, homophobia, biphobia, acephobia
• Ableism, body-shaming, or classism
• Sexual harassment or unwanted attention

🧭 If Something Goes Wrong

If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable:

• Talk to an organizer or volunteer
• Step outside or into a quiet space
• You will be believed and supported

We prioritize care over punishment, but repeated or severe harm may result in removal from events.

This space exists because we actively protect it — together.
